What is a Gold and Precious Metals IRA?
Did you know that you can put gold and silver into your IRA? Diversifying your portfolio
by adding gold or other precious metals to your retirement account can reduce
the volatility of your portfolio. That's because gold moves in the opposite
direction as stocks, bonds, and mutual funds. If at the time of retirement your
current IRA is down, having gold in it may help eliminate your losses, and even
make a substantial profit.
What Performance can I expect with a Gold & Silver IRA?
Although historical performance is not a guarantee of future results, we have
seen a significant increase in the gold IRA value of many of our customers.
For example,
if you had invested $25,000 in the year 2000, you would have enjoyed gains to almost $75,000 in 2007.
Also, if you purchased $25,000 worth of gold bullion coins in the first part
of the 1970's, you would have seen a rise in the value of your gold in excess of $500,000, due to the
variety of factors corroding the US Dollar's value over the last 40 years.
Another example of a smart gold investment was having purchased $25,000
in limited mintage investor gold coins about 40 years ago. If you had purchased this limited
mintage gold, you would have realized a positive gain in excess of $1.35 million dollars.
Why put gold or silver into my IRA?
Depending on the type of IRA or retirement plan you have, you may see substantial tax

into your IRA.
